Cleaning 2 Easy is proud to offer 200% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we are not happy.
After the service, we asked you to perform an inspection with your cleaning team. Please use our cleaning checklist during the walkthrough.
If you are not 100% satisfied, our teams are happy to re-clean any missed areas per your request, free of CHRARGE at the TIME OF SERVICE.
After you done the walkthrough, cleaning 2 Easy Services are complete. Any additional service will be charged accordingly. In an event where client are unable due to not being home, or choose not to perform the walk- through inspection, Our 200% Satisfaction Guarantee will be considered null and void.

Safety Policy

• Moving Large Appliances: Our cleaners are happy to clean around and underneath large appliances. However, due to liability reasons our cleaners are not able to move them.
• Reaching High Areas: Our cleaners cannot guarantee to reach areas higher than 6ft. Due to liability reasons, our team are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas.
